Mexican Fiesta

Ingredients

1 ½ cups Martha White ® self-rising cornmeal

1 cup cream style corn

1 cup Mayfield® buttermilk

2 eggs

⅔ cup oil

1 cup chopped onions

2 cups ground beef

2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

½ cups tomatoes and green chilis

 

Directions

  1. Mix thoroughly and bake on a lined baking sheet.
