Strawberry Walnut Cornbread

Ingredients

1 Cup Martha White® Self-Rising cornmeal

3 Cups Martha White® Self-Rising flour

½ Cup oil

3 eggs

½ Cup melted butter

2 Cups Mayfield® milk

¾ Cup sugar

2 Cups chopped strawberries

2 teaspoons vanilla

1 teaspoon cinnamon

1 Cup walnuts

Directions

  1. Mix well and pour into a greased Lodge® 10.25 inch skillet.
  2. Sprinkle with granulate sugar.
  3. Bake at 400 degrees for 5 minutes.
