Raymond’s Lemon Crème Coffee Cake

Kimball Tabernacle of Praise


1 Cup Martha White self-rising corn meal
2 Cups Martha White self-rising flour
1 cup sugar
2 eggs
¼ Cup vegetable oil
1 21oz can lemon crème (pie filling)
1 tsp. lemon extract
2 cups Mayfield milk


Blend together flour, meal and sugar. Add all other ingredients. Mix thoroughly. Pour into greased skillet. Bake at 425 for 25 minutes
