Black Eyed Pea Fritter
Ingredients
6 cups Martha White self-rising cornmeal
2 1/4 cups Martha White self-rising flour
3 cups Mayfield milk
3 eggs
3 cups Black eyed peas
1 ½ cup chopped onion
2 cups bacon bits
Directions
Mix all ingredients together and drop by spoonful into oil and fry until golden brown.
