Broccoli Cheese Cornbread


1 1/2 cups self-rising cornmeal

1 1/4 cups chopped broccoli

1/2 cups chopped onion

1/2 cup melted butter

1/4 cup Mayfield milk

4 eggs

6 ox Mayfield cottage cheese

1/4 cup sugar

1 tsp salt

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese



Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Combine all ingredients adding cornmeal last. Pour into greased Lodge Cast Irion skillet and bake at 375 for 30 minutes. This recipe can also bake on a lined pan sheet or Lodge Cast Iron baking pan.
