Chicken Bacon Ranch Fritter

Ingredients

2 Cups Martha White® Self-Rising cornmeal

¾ Cup Martha White® Self-Rising flour

1 ½ Cups precooked chopped chicken

¾ Cup precooked chopped bacon

1 Cup Mayfield® sour cream

2 eggs

¾ Cup ranch dressing

½ Cup chopped onion

1 Cup Mayfield® buttermilk

Directions

  1. Mix all ingredients together and drop into hot oil for about 4 minutes, flipping once – until brown
