Ingredients
1 ½ Cups Martha White® Self-Rising Cornmeal
1 Cup cream style corn
1 Cup Mayfield® buttermilk
3 eggs
2/3 Cup oil
1 Cup chopped onions
2 Cups ground beef – browned and drained
2 Cups cheddar cheese – shredded
½ Cup diced tomatoes / green chilies
Directions
- Mix thoroughly and bake in a greased Lodge® 10.25 inch skillet at 400° for 40 minutes.
